We cannot seek to heal...
‘We cannot seek to heal an illness without first looking into what behavioral patterns and attitudes need to be altered in our life.’
Caroline Myss

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is where you need to spend your time, your energy...In discoverying

your thought patterns that are generating inner tension within your system.

All the other stuff you do, (searching, asking, questioning, doubting, waiting) is BS.

If you are ready, really ready to reverse this pain disorder, then you will stop the

peripheral stuff that is actually keeping you in pain and you will take responsibility for how you are generating tension and how you can begin to change your thought patterns.

Stop being lazy. Stop waiting for someone or thing to fix this...It is not going to happen that way. It is not! You have the choice right now to begin reversing this pain disorder. You have the choice right now to choose your next thought.

Make it your intention to be more open. Be truthful to yourself. Stop complaining. Have it your intention to bring the Best of you  (your highest thought) to every situation. Stop focusing on the pain. It is only a signal...it is communication to you to Change your thoughts! Get That!

Change is Healing...

The truth is that healing and change are one and the same thing.’ 4/18/2008

Caroline Myss

--------------------------------------------------------------

Many of us hate the word change, or it means work and we shy away, or we have a belief that we can't change?

If this is you, try shifting to embracing change in working with the mental and emotional aspects of this pain disorder.

Caroline's words are pure truth in healing from this pain disorder...You must change your daily thoughts, your conditioned thinking patterns in order to reverse and heal this pain disorder.

Nothing is more important...

Nothing is more important than how you feel!

How you feel is your guidance system. It tells you very clearly and truthfully where your attention or focus is.

Check yourself many times each day...be mindful of how you are feeling.

Remember you are a focusing being. It is your choice to have your focus on worry or on bringing the best of yourself to a situation.

It is your choice to hold your attention in anger/frustration or to choose to find some relief from that state of being. It is then your choice to keep finding relief, to keep bringing the best of you to your thoughts and to your situations.

In this disorder if you constantly find yourself in pain, frustration, worry and searching for how to get rid of all of this...then realize where you have been putting your attention/focus...

Have it your intention to be more mindful of how your are feeling and where your focus is....and then have it your intention to bring relief or bring the best of you, bring a higher thought to where you are.

Pain is always a Signal to be mindful of who and how you are being...and it is giving you an opportunity to focus on changing out of that way or you can choose to focus on pain, treatments and who is going to fix you.

Let Go

Just let go. Let go of how you thought your life should be, and embrace the life that is trying to work its way into your consciousness.

Putting this into practice will allow you to be more open and create

far less inner tension.

From Health Journeys:

Guided Motor Imagery Helps with Athletic Performance, Neurological Conditions

Investigators at the University of Haifa in Israel reviewed the literature to determine the positive effects of guided motor imagery practice on motor performance. There is abundant evidence that motor performance is improved in athletes, people who are healthy, and people with neurological conditions, such as stroke, spinal cord injury and Parkinson’s disease. This article discusses how to integrate motor imagery into a physical therapy practice and goes into particulars of visual and kinesthetic motor imagery, factors that modify motor imagery practice, the design of motor imagery protocols, and potential applications of motor imagery.
