I have been free of pain for over four

injuries and the successful outcome.

I  suffered with piriformis, sciatica, low back pain, knee soreness and body
stiffness for more than 20 years. These pain symptoms  or running injuries
were typically diagnosed as piriformis syndrome, disc damage, runners knee
& sciatica. I was told the cause was, to much marathon running, tendinitis,
inflammation, tight muscles, muscle imbalance and a body that was out of
alignment. Some of the treatments I received did provide temporary relief,
but none of them would eliminate this chronic pain or running injury cycle
that I was experiencing.

Finally I discovered the real cause-(inner tension/stress/anxiety.) If you suffer

may have not even realized it and if you are like me, didn't even know that this
